You have taken such a high amount of fee from students but can’t use a good courier service, that too in Delhi NCR. They use “The Professional Courier service” to deliver books which is the cheapest and worst courier services in Delhi NCR. They denied delivering the books to my home location and are asking me to collect books from their office which is very far away. They said I can collect books by 8pm today otherwise they will send them back to Vajiram and Ravi. Later I called Vajiram and Ravi support and they casually denied me any help and said there is no better way to get me my books and the only way is to collect books either from the courier office or from from study center.
